Community Development

CRWRF is involved in longer-term development projects that benefit children and families in communities who lack the means for a sustainable livelihood. Development programs focus on capacity building. This includes providing training and support to enable local leaders to facilitate changes that address long term problems in their own communities. The CCMP (Church and Community Mobilization Process) is a preferred model where the church is mobilized as an agent of change in their community. The cultural mandate is the underpinning that motivates us to discover and develop God-given resources for the service of our neighbour, that God might be glorified in the provision! Canadians Christians are just one of those resources that God is providing.
