Tax Receipts for Cheque Donations

If you are planning on donating via cheque before the end of the year and would like to receive a 2025 tax receipt, please mail your cheque before December 31, 2025 to CRWRF at PO Box 62054, Burlington, ON L7R 4K2 – the earlier the better, to allow Canada Post to deliver the cheque to us no later than a week or two after year end, before we close our books for 2025!

Cheques written in 2025 but postmarked after December 31, 2025 will not be eligible for 2025 tax receipts, but rest assured that they will be included in your 2026 tax receipt (along with any 2025 cheques that don’t make it to us in early January).
